Antique Baltic Amber Cuff Bracelet in Sterling Silver

This antique amber bracelet centers on an oval egg yolk Baltic amber cabochon with an opaque golden-orange color and smooth polished surface. The amber sits within an elaborate sterling silver centerpiece accented with gold-plated details. Dating to the 1800s and handmade in Poland, this amber bracelet has a wide sterling silver cuff engraved with scrolling floral patterns through the center and repeating Greek key borders along the upper and lower edges. The combination of engraved silver, darkened recesses, gold-plated ornament and the central amber cabochon continues around a substantial 30mm-wide cuff.
