Refund policy

Return Policy – Jūratė Amber

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging.

Due to the natural nature of Baltic amber, color, tone, and inclusions may vary slightly and are not considered defects.

Return Authorization
All returns must be requested and approved prior to sending the item back. Please include the reason for your return request so we can properly process and evaluate the return.
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This helps cover processing, handling, and inspection.

Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end.

No Restocking Fee Applies If:
• Item arrives damaged
• Incorrect item is received
• Verified defect

In these cases, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
